I do hereby bequeath (state specific dollar amount or percentage of estate) to Southwestern Medical Foundation for the use and benefit of The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, located at 5323 Harry Hines Boulevard, Dallas, Texas 75390. None of these funds shall ever become part of the Permanent University Fund, the Available University Fund, or the General Fund of the State of Texas, nor shall they be subject to appropriation by the Legislature.
